Pick-Up and Drop-Off Information

• We provide a free pick-up and drop-off service for our customers in Plakias and the surrounding areas, including Foinikas, Kampos, Damnoni, Ammoudi, Lefkogeia and Asomatos.
• Included Distance: Rental rates include 250 km per day. Additional mileage is calculated and charged at €0.35 per kilometer. Unlimited mileage automatically applies to bookings lasting 14 days or longer. 
• Airport Transfer Services: Convenient vehicle delivery or passenger pick-up options to/from Heraklion Airport (HER) or Chania Airport (CHQ) can be arranged upon request for an additional service fee.
• Our team will conveniently transfer you to and from your accommodation to our location where you rent your vehicle.
• Available daily from 09:00 to 17:00

Cleanliness, Fuel & Usage Restrictions

• Fuel Policy: The camper is delivered with a 100% full tank of Diesel and AdBlue and must be returned full. A restocking fee plus refueling costs will apply if returned empty.
• Sanitation Mandate: The motorhome must be returned with a swept interior, clean kitchenware, and completely empty fresh/grey water tanks. The chemical toilet cassette must be completely emptied and rinsed out before drop-off. Failure to empty the toilet cassette triggers an automatic €150 cleaning penalty.
• Off-Road Ban: Driving on unpaved dirt tracks, gravel paths, or off-road terrains (such as the extreme routes leading to Balos Lagoon) is strictly prohibited. The renter is 100% financially liable for any undercarriage or tire damage sustained on unpaved routes.
• Ferry Travel: Transporting the vehicle on ferries to the Greek mainland or surrounding islands is prohibited unless explicit written consent is authorized by management at booking.
• Smoking & Pets: Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is entirely prohibited (€500 deep-cleaning fine). Well-behaved pets are permitted only upon prior approval for an added sanitation fee.

You are highly encouraged to utilize organized camper stops, designated parking lots, or campsites along your route. Always respect local signage, especially near sensitive environmental sanctuaries like Preveli Palm Beach.
• How does the automatic transmission work on hilly terrain? The Renault Master features a 6-speed Quickshift automatic system that optimizes gear ratios for mountain climbs and steep coastal descents. When navigating steep mountain passes near Kourtaliotiko Gorge, you can easily slide the shifter into manual mode to hold lower gears for controlled engine braking.
• Is the motorhome difficult to park in smaller Cretan villages? At 6.99 meters, the vehicle is remarkably nimble for its class. However, we advise avoiding the narrowest historic centers of old mountain villages. Park your motorhome in the wider parking areas at village entrances and enjoy exploring the local tavernas by foot.
